Come home to one of Brisbane’s most loved cafes, The Moray.
During its colourful 25 year history, The Moray has not just been an observer of the passing parade of New Farm life, it’s played a leading role, keeping the door open to friendship, fun, and great food.
Located in the beating heart of New Farm at the roundabout at Merthyr Road and Moray Street; this local favourite has always kept in time to that lively, energetic beat, earning its place on “Brisbane’s Most Livable Street”.
Pull up a seat and become a part of the colourful patchwork of characters from the neighbourhood, where baby boomers and their babies are always welcome; and where New Farm pioneers rub shoulders with students, artists, musicians and even a few home-grown celebrities.
Always known for a good time, the excitement starts at the door and continues onto the plate, with vibrant flavours bursting throughout a contemporary palate of breakfast, brunch and lunch options.
And as we know, the best recipes are the ones that are homegrown and born out of love, so why not taste test our range of delicious cakes and treats, all made onsite by our dedicated chefs.
The welcome mat is always out, so feel free to drop by and say ‘hello’ to The Moray’s bubbly new owner, Chanel, the youthful fresh face of the cafe who knows hospitality beyond her years.
A New Farm native, she’s lived and breathed The Moray having visited the cafe as a child, and is no stranger to the many familiar faces that drop in for a snack, a meal or just a quick chat.
Don’t be shy, come and introduce yourself, Chanel would be happy to tell you her story over a cup of coffee, and would love to hear yours in exchange.
Strictly open door policy between 6.30am and 3pm, seven days a week, so why not stop in and make yourself at home.
